COORDINATING COUNCIL
(9 members, including Presbytery moderator, vice moderator and past moderator, and 6 members elected by the Presbytery)
meets monthly, prior to each Presbytery meeting, late afternoon
Purpose: acts as "executive committee" for Presbytery; sets docket for Presbytery meetings; validates Resource Teams; coordinates work of the various committees and M&M Teams.

FUNDING REVIEW COMMITTEE
(5 members, one from Coordinating Council, one from Trustees, and three nominated by Presbytery's Nominating Committee)
meets quarterly
Purpose: to review applications from Ministry & Mission Teams, Coordinating Council, and Committees of Presbytery seeking funding for projects.

COMMITTEE ON MINISTRY
(18 members: 9 clergy & 9 laity)
meets monthly, first Thursday, afternoon
Purpose: to fulfill all the functions assigned to it by the Book of Order.

COMMITTEE ON PREPARATION FOR MINISTRY
(6 members: 2 clergy & 4 laity)
meets every other month, or as needed
Purpose: to work with sessions in preparation of candidates for church vocations; examine and recommend candidates for ordination.

COMMITTEE ON REPRESENTATION

meets twice a year at the convenience of members
Purpose: to ensure fair and effective representation within Presbytery committees.

CONGREGATIONAL MINISTRIES COMMITTEE
(Up to 15 members, at least 5 clergy and 5 laity) Meets monthly, second Wednesday, early afternoon
Purpose: to provide resources to congregations; offer training events for members and leaders of congregations; assist in congregational mission studies; to assist congregations in the development of the stewardship programs; and to administer the Congregational Vitality Fund of the Presbytery.

TRUSTEES
(9 members: 4 clergy & 5 laity)
meets monthly, second Thursday, morning
Purpose: to act as the Trustees of the Presbytery, oversee the finances and prepare the budget of the Presbytery.

NOMINATING COMMITTEE
(9 members: 3 clergy & 3 laywomen & 3 laymen) meets monthly, second Wednesday, morning. Purpose: to identify and nominate persons to serve on the various committees of Presbytery, commissioners to Synod and General Assembly, and other related organizations.

PERMANENT JUDICIAL COMMISSION
(7 members: divided as evenly as possible between elders and ministers)
meet on demand, day or evening
Purpose: the Presbytery shall transmit cases of administrative or judicial process to the PJC for hearing and decision.
